EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING OVERVIEW |
Christina Noyes, the Creative Director of Making Movie Memories, is an award-winning educator who teaches throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in facilitating technology workshops for educators that focus on how to creatively integrate technology into classroom curriculum. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her students whose ages range from elementary school to senior citizens. She tailors each of her classes and workshops to the learners' level and needs. She directs in-class coaching sessions that offer educators hands on experience, direction and new teaching strategies. Christina translates computer programs into illuminating multimedia resources that enhances the learning experience for students of all ages. Christina is very conscious of the National Educational Technology Standards and helps educators decipher them into relevant classroom activities. Currently, she teaches the Level II course Integrating Computer Technology into the Curriculum at the University of California at Berkeley and she is also the coordinator and instructor of a technology program for BRIDGE Housing Corporation at a site in San Francisco. Recently, Christina and a team of SFUSD educators were awarded a grant to collaborate on a video documentary project. Last year, Christina worked with another team of SFUSD educators by facilitating workshops on Web 2.0 Technologies for Teachers.
